Job Summary:
Responsible for increasing Service Contract revenue in the UK by generating new business and retaining renewal Extended Warranty and Preventive Maintenance Service Contracts.
Essential Functions:
Support European Service Business Development Manager with the following tasks.
Support and grow the company's customer database of opportunities within the UKManage customers and maintain opportunities within SalesforceCall and/or email new and existing service contract customers to promote the service contract businessUtilize consultative sales approach to evaluate and understand prospect's business and needsClose sales of new and renewal service contractsPerform outbound emails and calls, and inbound lead generation and follow-upManage creation and presentation of quotations for opportunities as they are identifiedNegotiate contract pricing and develop the Service Contract agreement between ZOLL and CustomerInvestigate and work with appropriate department to resolve issues that impact service contracts timely and accurate entry of all pertinent prospect data into the CRM databaseProvide management with monthly activity reports achieve and exceed new and renewal revenue goalsSkills Requirements:
Minimum 3 years within a technical service/ sales or service contract environment, preferably in the healthcare industryExperience in client relationship management, preferably in the healthcare industryAbility to work independently, with little supervisionEnergetic, creative, goal-oriented team playerImproves results by generating, encouraging, and supporting new ideasHeightened sense of personal responsibility including punctuality, attendance and commitmentExcellent communication and negotiation skills, both oral and writtenOrganizational, Customer interface and negotiation skillsERP systems experience, preferably OracleCRM experience, preferably Salesforce
