We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience of time tracking, scheduling and absence requirements within a complex multi-business unionised environment. You will ideally have a background working with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro WFM or other similar time and attendance applications involving complex time and attendance scenarios. This role will take the lead in partnering with our business teams to solve business challenges by leveraging process, technology and systems expertise. For this role, we are looking for someone that has strong time and attendance expertise, analytical skills, stakeholder management combined with the ability to communicate between the business and IT. We are looking for you to have proven experience in process and systems analysis with a primary focus of T&A, HR and Payroll applications. Experience in the Healthcare and manufacturing domain would be preferred.
Responsibilities
Identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing business and functional requirementsLeading workshops to capture business requirements and system processesDeveloping requirements documents, specifications, process flows, data mapping and diagrams for developers and testers to follow.Working with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical specificationsDeveloping, documenting and executing test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processUnderstanding and maintaining our Time and Attendance systems to ensure our employees are paid in alignment with our pay policies and practicesWorking closely with all levels of the organization from different HR functions to Business Leaders to Finance provide consulting guidance and leadershipAssisting in the development of training documentation and manage the execution of end user trainingRequirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred5+ years’ experience in time & attendance process definition and requirements gatheringExperience with executing T&A system implementations and projectsExperience in a global environment working across multiple countriesPossesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate informationPossesses strong presentation and documentation skillsMust be a team player but also able to work independentlyAbility to build and maintain strong relationships across functions to drive teams towards success-based resultsMust be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detailExperience of Kronos WFC and/or UKG Dimensions/Pro WFM a strong advantage
