Receives patients, explains method of procedure and makes sure patient is comfortable. Drag Edit Delete Provides patient services to all ages using imaging modalities. Drag Edit Delete Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Drag Edit Delete Maintains equipment and supplies and organizes work area. Drag Edit Delete Keeps accurate records, helps with scheduling of the ultrasound and keeps patient flow smooth *Minimum Education* Graduate of Diagnostic Radiology Program required Drag Edit Delete *Required Skills* Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Drag Edit Delete *Required Skills* American Heart Association or American Red Cross Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
