Who We Are

HII - Mission Technologies is seeking for an Unarmed Physical Presence Guard to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Our company is committed to providing reliable physical presence services that deter unauthorized activities and ensure the safety of property and personnel.

 

This role will be based in Cote d’Ivoire Africa. The Unarmed Physical Presence Guard will act as a visible deterrent, prevent vandalism, monitor activity, and report incidents to maintain a calm and orderly environment. The ideal candidate has strong observational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to professionalism.
 

This position could be short-term assignment with an unspecified contract duration.

What You Will Do Patrolling and Monitoring: Perform routine patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activities and ensure the safety of people and property. Incident Reporting: Identify and report unusual activities, safety hazards, or suspicious behavior promptly. Vandalism Prevention: Take proactive measures to prevent vandalism or damage to property by maintaining a constant presence. Access Control: Enforce access control measures, verify identification as needed, and ensure that only authorized individuals access the premises. Customer Interaction: Interact professionally and courteously with clients, employees, and visitors while maintaining a professional demeanor. Record Keeping: Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately in logs or reports. Response to Alarms: Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms or disturbances, following established protocols.
  What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience. Excellent observation and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Must have the ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Capable of performing routine patrols indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  Preferred: Bonus Points For... Prior experience in roles requiring a professional physical presence. Familiarity with incident reporting and patrol logging. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service experience.
