Job Description Summary: CF/RAs will serve as co-facilitators and residential assistants during the three-week summer program for rising 12th grade students. Responsibilities include leading activities, study sessions, classroom support, residence hall monitoring, trip supervision and supporting high school students on their path to college. Requirements: Must be a currently enrolled Villanova University student. Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent communication skills Demonstrate ability to work well as a team member
