An internship with Worcester Bosch will allow you to develop your skill in problem solving, critical thinking and project management while giving you the freedom to lead improvement projects, be creative in your solutions and learn about new engineering disciplines.
We are looking for someone who wants to have a real impact on our organisation, who is willing to learn from industrial professionals but who can also bring a new set of ideas to problems. The projects you will be working on will be broad-ranging and varied in size, giving you exposure to the principles of manufacturing engineering & technology and, how a project environment operates.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Improving the digitalisation of the Clay Cross Manufacturing plantAssist in I4.0 projects in different processes around the manufacturing siteParticipating in and leading Continuous Improvement ProjectsSupporting the launch of new products into the plant and changes to existing productsEnsuring that we meet internal and external legislation for the manufacturing processUpkeep and creation of SOPsA good balance of office work and being hands on in a shop floor environmentProblem solving on live issues on manufacturing lines to keep production goingInterested?
