*Reporting to the Mine Supervisor, you will be part of Mobile Maintenance Department. You will be an integral member supporting the safe and continuous Mining operation of the Near Surface Portal Project. You will install, repair and maintain items in planned and unplanned maintenance. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Repair diesel equipment, including, but not limited to\: Epiroc and Sanvik Jumbos, Scoops, Trucks, Scissor Lifts, Mine Cat equipment; Responsible for the maintenance of mine equipment and facilities to ensure their maximum contribution to the safety, quality and productivity of the operation; Assemble, adjust, set up, lubricate, and maintain/repair all types of mining equipment; Read and interpret blueprints while carefully following manufacturer’s instructions; Carry out work orders related to the preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance plan of the operation; Remove, install, align, troubleshoot, and repair equipment; Ensure that the work areas, equipment and work practices comply with the regulatory codes, statutes and company requirements; Liaise effectively with colleagues and managers regarding various work situations and the activities within the department; Perform all other duties as may be assigned. *Reporting to the Mine Supervisor, you will be part of Mobile Maintenance Department.
