About the Role
Providing professional, and high-quality operation services to Agency, Brokerage and Bancassurance, acts as connector between Sales Channels and Operation Department in providing technical expertise to unlock Operation issues.Responsibilities:
Provide professional, and high-quality operation services to Agency, Brokerage and BancassuranceAct as connector between agency and Operation DepartmentBuild long lasting and cooperative partnership relationship with agency through communication and cooperationCommit to provide instant feedback and solution to District Directors within same day, unlock Operation’s issue with fair and flexible approachesEngage in personalized training program to individual districts to cope with company strategies, digitalization journey and uplifting the service on all functionsAnalyse on the enquiry pattern through Business Partner service, aim to tackle the challenge facing and close the service gaps within channels, boost up STP rates, reduce pending ratio and improve operation efficiencyUnderwrite large amounts and complicated new business application within agreed turnaround time to ensure the underwriting decision complied with company’s rules and guidelinesSupport new business related initiatives to regulatory requirement update and control, enhance the system automation, and develops sufficient validation rules in order to improve the STP rates and operation efficiency on underwriting and minimize the manual worksHandle the daily operation of Underwriting routine duties and ensure turnaround time were met with the agreed standardRequirements:
University / College graduate plus 6-8 years' experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level OR Form 5 graduate plus 8-10 years related experience with at least 5 years in supervisory levelUnderwriting knowledge in a life insurance companyProblem solving and communication skills to effectively underwriting risks to underwriters and other touch pointsGood leadership and team building skillsYou are required to obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activitiesBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
