Job Duties

include issuance of quotes, endorsements, and cancellation notices.In-bound and outbound calls with agents, clients, and brokers.Response to submissions, e-mails, messages within timely manner.Assist business individuals and/or teams responsible for preparing binding documents.Maintain updated documentation.Manage and coordinate the filing of documentation as it relates to policies.Follow up with customers to insure accurate records.

Education Requirements

Associates Degree preferred.

Qualifications

Strong communication and computer skills required.Must be highly organized, detailed oriented and have excellent time management skills.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
