What will you do?
Analyze medical, personal and financial information to evaluate eligibility for applications submitted for Life and Critical Illness Insurance productsAssess and classify risk. Gather additional information, obtain medical tests or refer cases as requiredApprove cases within authority limit. Submit cases exceeding limits to be co-signedWhere decisions are unfavourable for the client, try to negotiate a better decision from our reinsurers, in accordance with reinsurance treaties and internal rulesLiaise with business leaders and advisors delivering exceptional service and expertiseCommunicate and explain decisions effectively to financial security advisors and/or client’s physician as requiredRespond to inquiries from financial advisors and general agents without revealing confidential contentMaintain medical knowledge and stay current on underwriting approachesWhat do you need to succeed?
