Position Responsibilities:

Underwrite cases to ensure satisfactory services are delivered within agreed turnaround timeEnsure underwriting standards comply with Audits GuidelinesHandle enquiries from distribution channels via phone and/or emailSupport benchmarking of competitors’ practices, delivering recommendations to enable upgrade of existing guidelinesParticipate in product developmentConduct and arrange training to distribution channelsParticipate in projects when required

Required Qualifications:

Degree holder4 years or above of relevant working experience, preferably from life insurance industry or medical fieldLOMA qualification, FLMI is preferredCustomer oriented and attentive to detailsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work under stress and tight scheduleGood command of spoken and written English and ChinesePC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
