American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Underwriting Pricing Analyst – Automotive Service Contract, for our growing team at our office in Naperville IL. In this position you will review historical loss and sales data to develop classification and rates, pricing/program proposals, terms and conditions for new and existing contract products and services. You will be responsible for developing pricing methodologies for new and existing products, including risk assessment. Additional responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Interpret and work with data to produce meaningful reports which provide overall program performance, identify issues and provide corrective action recommendations
- Provide supporting analysis, including recommendations for improvement for identifying programs that generate problems
- Develop and evaluate program trends to identify programs where actions need to be triggered to mitigate loss
- Conduct research on competitive programs and various products
- Coordinate product implementation by acting as a liaison between various internal departments
- Coordinate materials between Insurance Carriers and the Underwriting Unit for the development of program rates and classifications
- Ensure that available information from internal and external resources is properly integrated into underwriting decision making
