Responsibilities:

Shift4 Payments is looking for an individual who is driven, extremely self-sufficient, highly motivated, and holds themselves to the highest standards of professionalism. This position requires employees to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the public; work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues, and complete projects under tight deadlines even when there are competing requirements and changes in assignments.   

Assist with accounts on hold Shift4 Shop vertical by means of verification queue management Assist with underwriting conditional approvals Monitor hold queue for underwriting to declines Process Addendums for all brands including new authorized signer and legal name changes Daily Underwriting reporting reviews Bank Verification Calls Fraud Alert Calls Site inspections reviews Manual release of ACH hold on merchant accounts Application creation for Underwriting globally Customer profile setups in Salesforce Contract Amendments EU underwriting Reviewing sub merchants to align with underwriting standards Assist with Tin mismatches Underwriting queue assignments Assign and work underwriting holds GWO reviews and approvals Advantage program reviews Legal name change closures Giact ongoing monitoring Assist with merchant registrations Additional duties as mgmt. sees fit

Qualifications:

High school diploma or the equivalent required. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite required. Strong typing skills with strict attention to detail is a must. Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills. Self-starter and who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Problem solving and critical thinking ability to make a business decision Data Entry experience
