Job Summary:
The Underwriting Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries relating to Midwest’s underwriting function while providing exceptional and timely customer service. The specialist will handle assigned tasks including mail and electronic file indexing, file maintenance and documentation as well as policy issuing and policy change requests along with other duties as assigned.
