Essential Duties and Responsibilities                

Providing support and book management assistance to the assigned Underwriter.

Assist in marketing of accounts to multiple carriers determined by the specific. needs of the insured’s including researching current coverage and available options.

Answer Agent questions related to coverages, premiums, and all other account related items.

Assist Agents with the knowledge to complete all paperwork properly

Assist with quotes through multiple insurance carriers via online portals.

Working with Carrier Underwriters for risk placement.

Education and/or Experience

Required: High school diploma.

Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree.

Preferred: Current and active Property and Casualty Producer license.

Technology Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Previous knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Agency Management Systems

Knowledge of TIF documents
