We have an exciting opportunity for a Unified Communications Administrator to join our team of experts and be involved in the rare opportunity to support a new facility and all of United Wholesale Mortgage’s operations. You will ensure the stable operation of our enterprise voice environment using a Plan, Build, Operate model.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Support UWM Team Members by building phones for new hires, moves/adds/changes, application access & trouble ticketsPerform basic administration of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, call recording applications and PCCEMonitor Unified Communication system applications to ensure peak performanceHandle 1st level incident/trouble tickets & escalate to appropriate persons or groups if necessaryAssist in monthly system patching & testing of Unified Communication systemsAssist in application developments, supporting Unified Communications services and solutions Provide regular status on tasks accomplished, current issues & progress toward goalsCreate job aides for training & process documentationCollaborate with other team members across IT and the businessParticipate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed WHAT WE NEED FROM YOURequired:
Computer-related degree or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience in Information Technology1+ years of experience with application administrationBasic networking understandingBasic understanding of programming langauges Basic Windows Server understandingCommunicate technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable wayPreferred:
