What You'll Do as a Unified Communications Administrator II:

Troubleshoot and resolve Unified Communications (UC) incidents, including voice and video challenges. Manage and maintain Cisco UC endpoints and vendor-specific multi-level video teleconferencing systems. Perform moves, adds, and changes (MACs) in line with service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate on the installation of local and remote data and voice communication equipment. Contribute to hardware refreshes and maintain security policies on Unified Communications systems. Write and update operational documentation, including instructions for system usage. Deliver outstanding customer service and exceed expectations with every interaction. Provide activity reports to managers and assist with periodic off-hours support as needed.
