Provides support in the proactive and preventative maintenance on unified communication systems, related applications, and data network. Aids in the design of systems integration and monitors systems performance ensuring optimum operations. Participates in the lifecycle of unified communication systems and related applications. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma_ + HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** + Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Voicemail experience preferred. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** + Basic knowledge of multi-unified communication platforms. + Basic knowledge of system specific connectivity from desktop device to call control device. + Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts. + Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner. + Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors. + Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, Information Services (IS) team members, management, and executive personnel/staff. + Basic knowledge of Automated Call Distributor (ACD). + Beginner knowledge of cabling standards and documentation. **Job Shift:** Days **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift Hours:** 8 **Days of the Week:** Monday - Friday **Weekend Requirements:** None **Benefits:** Yes **Unions:** No **Position Status:** Non-Exempt **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Employee Status:** Regular Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.
