Provides support in the proactive and preventative maintenance on unified communication systems, related applications, and data network. Aids in the design of systems integration and monitors systems performance ensuring optimum operations. Participates in the lifecycle of unified communication systems and related applications. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma_ + Associate's: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** + 1 year of recent relevant experience. + Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity Voicemail + Nortel **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** + Working knowledge of multi-unified communication and/or telecommunication platforms. + Working knowledge of system specific connectivity from desktop device to call control device. + Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts. + Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner. + Analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify relevant concerns and factors. + Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with clients, Information Services (IS) team members, management, and executive personnel/staff. + Working knowledge of Automated Call Distributor (ACD). + Intermediate knowledge of cabling standards and documentation. + Working knowledge of overhead paging system. + Working knowledge of Operator Console. **Job Shift:** Days **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift Hours:** 8 **Days of the Week:** Monday - Friday **Weekend Requirements:** As Needed **Benefits:** Yes **Unions:** No **Position Status:** Non-Exempt **Weekly Hours:** 40 **Employee Status:** Regular Sutter Health is an equal opportunity employer EOE/M/F/Disability/Veterans.
