Responsibilities:
You are resonsible to Plant Uniformity Performance Management.
1.Data analyses of contributing factors impacting uniformity.
2.Perform experiments defined to understand the root cause (DOE).
3.Document & communicate lessons learned.
4.Participate in Regional and Global meetings for faster learning and implementation.
5.Work with Data analytics and Simulation technology teams for Design for Uniformity.
6.Participate in NTI Development builds improvement programs.
7.Develop Braincube dash boards for faster root cause analyses.
You are also responsible to Coaching and Mentoring
1.Ensure that Uniformity technicians and Monitors capability improvements.
2.Facilite the usage of Brain cube and other data analytics tools by shop floor associates.
Requirements:
You with B.A. in chemistry, electrical or mechanic or big data analysis. 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry, eg Engineering or IE or data analysis or you are a expertise at data and modelling, with SQL basic knowledge if you without any manufacturing experience. You with good interpersonal and communication skills. You with good English skill, especially in Lesioning and Writing and can do work communication in Oral.
