Unilingual Inside Sales - Mississauga

We're looking for skilled UnilingualCustomer Service/Sales professionals like you!

What You'll Do: 

Inbound Sales Support: Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base, providing product and pricing information, order status updates, and delivery confirmations. Order Processing & Delivery Coordination: Secure, renew, and arrange delivery of orders. Work closely with our machine shop and other facilities to manufacture and expedite orders. Order Entry & Follow-Up: Enter orders and quotes accurately in a fast-paced environment, perform quote follow-ups and analyses, and ensure follow-through with full ownership. Client Support: Offer both technical and non-technical support regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment to clients and staff. Comprehensive Training: Complete an extensive hands-on training program with a focus on career growth and personal development.

What You'll Bring:

Unilingual Communication: Fluency in English is required to engage with our customer base effectively. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma required; College diploma or University degree preferred. Sales & Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Technical Aptitude: Mechanical or technical inclination essential to support product-related inquiries. Customer Service Commitment: Demonstrate an unyielding dedication to customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Approach tasks with a team-oriented mindset to achieve high performance. Self-Management & Initiative: Independently evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions, demonstrating the drive to succeed. Adaptability in a Fast-Paced Setting: Thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment with an ability to effect change and contribute to the organization’s goals. Technical & Organizational Skills: Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities. Positive Attitude & Growth Mindset: Energetic, positive, and eager to develop skills.

Your Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
