Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Union Dues Coordinator to join our Corporate Benefits team in Cheektowaga, NY. This position will coordinate the collection and distribution of union dues deductions for eligible employees. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
Assigns Union SCA & CBA codes to cost center in ADPReview union dues requirements to ensure accurate deductions Initiates employee dues deductions Initiates monthly disbursement process thru LUMSEvaluates dues data, research and resolve any issues Send payment and required documentation to each union Provide guidance and assistance to Unions, Labor Relations, General Managers & Union employeesThe successful candidate will have the following background/skillset:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong interpersonal skills and proven problem resolution skillsAttention to detail and time managementAccounting/bookkeeping experience strongly desiredKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ADP preferredAbility to work independently and meet critical processing deadlinesExcellent customer service skills
