The Opportunity
Employment Type: Permanent Part Time 0.9 FTE Hours of Work:0730- 1500 Start Date: Until filled SG UC 3F
Wages: $21.65-24.59
Provides clerical support for the leadership team including being responsible for scheduling all functions for the meeting rooms, replenishes employee forms, maintains an updated job postings and asnswers telephone inquiries for the site and residents. Provides site tours as approved by site administrator. In addition you may be required to code and process accounts payable, bank deposits, petty cash and receipts. You will also be responsible for all scheduling duties.
You must have Grade 12 supplemented with office administration courses and / or Clerk / Reception experience, as well as demonstrated ability to work as part of an inter-disciplinary team. You must have excellent computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential and experience with ESP software program is an asset.
