CLASIFICATION (FLSA): ü Exempt o Non-Exempt
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for achieving high-quality programmatic, strategic, and operational execution (budget, human resources, processes, administration, among others) that produces impact results in children and youth. Use the tools offered through the programs, the safety guides, as well as the mentoring to achieve the impact objectives. Ensure the inclusion of diverse components of the community: parents, school staff, and community leaders for a greater impact on youth.
TASKS AND DETAILED WORK ACTIVITIES:
+ Provide guidance and facilitate the integration of leaders for the effective implementation of programs.
+ Responsible for meeting the programmatic objectives of the proposals that subsidize operations, providing timely and accurate information, and implementing programmatic commitments efficiently.
+ Implement programs to guarantee the quality and satisfaction of the club's participants.
+ Develop mentoring and support relationships with children and youth as the primary leader of club programs and will ensure the inclusion of other leaders, based on MDJ, youth participation, and the Relationships Model.
+ Guarantee training to all staff aligned to the implementation of the Programmatic Offer.
+ Lead the implementation of the established Programmatic Offer and provide the organization with data-based results on established outcomes.
+ Management operations management to comply with KPIS indicators.
+ Guarantee that exercises are carried out to collect the voice of the customer and the results are translated into the programmatic offer.
+ Ensures to include best practices that benefit children and youth and promote internal BGCPR processes.
+ Responsible for establishing a leadership role in the community served and ensuring positive experiences for children, youth, and parent members in the Club.
+ Develop ties of solidarity with other Clubs, other non-profit organizations, and government agencies.
+ Implement the BGCPR leadership program that promotes a healthy work environment to achieve the development of supportive relationships between leaders and participants.
+ Ensures safety, which includes the standards determined for the official vehicle and the safety policy that ensures the physical, emotional, and psychological health of the children and youth of the club.
+ Will use impact measurement tools, which include but are not limited to action plans, evaluation tools, and programming to achieve the objectives with the participating children, youth, and parents.
+ Plan, organize, direct, and effectively controll the operations of the unit under his charge, which included but is not limited to monthly reports, budget management, statistical data of the Unit, and programmatic fidelity, among others.
+ Perform any other task requested by the supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority and skill of personnel.
+ Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
+ Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
+ Identify the developmental needs of others, developing formal educational or training initiatives, such as coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills.
+ Confer with personnel, to coordinate work activities, resolve employee grievances, or identify and review resources needed.
+ Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules
+ Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, or disciplinary measures.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
+ Bachelor of Business Administration, Social Sciences, Arts or Education from an accredited university and three (3) years of experience working in high-risk communities and managing projects, budgets and work plans.
+ Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
+ Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
+ Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
+ Public Safety and Security — Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions.
+ Making Decisions and Solving Problems — Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
+ Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates — Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
+ Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others — Getting members of a group to work together to accomplish tasks.
+ Guiding, Directing, and Motivating Subordinates — Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
+ Identifying Objects, Actions, and Events — Identifying information by categorizing, estimating, recognizing differences or similarities, and detecting changes in circumstances or events.
+ Judging the Qualities of Things, Services, or People — Assessing the value, importance, or quality of things or people.
+ Monitor Processes, Materials, or Surroundings — Monitoring and reviewing information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems.
+ Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work — Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
+ Developing and Building Teams — Encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
+ Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards — Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.
+ Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships — Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

+ Staffing Organizational Units — Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and promoting employees in an organization.
+ Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Materials — Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
+ Provide Consultation and Advice to Others — Providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems-, or process-related topics.
+ Systems Analysis — Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
+ Systems Evaluation — Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
+ Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. The position may require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. May reach above shoulder height or below the waist and lift as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday must be able to lift 15 pounds and use proper lifting techniques.
+ Works in a dynamic environment with children and young people, which can vary as necessary. It is continually transported from one place to another.
+ Standing or sitting and speaking or listening are regularly required. Ability to use common office equipment such as computers, facsimiles, printers, calculators, etc. You are frequently required to drive motor vehicles.
