Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Nurse Unit Manager.  

This professional acts as an extension of the Director of Nursing for the unit they are responsible for.  

General Responsibilities: 

Direct and assess the quality of care being provided to the residents Assess residents needs and goals Clinical rounds Honor the rights and dignity of residents Assist in developing comprehensive plan of care  Oversee and direct care tasks of the unit.   Quality improvement monitoring and implementing of process and procedure. 

Qualifications Required: 

Active RN or LPN license in NH Previous Skilled Nursing Facility Experience  preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to learn and collaborate with a team 

Hours: 

 Primarily 8am - 4:30 pm with some flexibility required based on needs of the facility
