Unit Manager

Full-time

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Provide consistent effective clinical oversight Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations. Manage the skilled nursing unit As a member of the management team ensure staff compliance with resident care Ensure State and Federal regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Must have strong management skills Must have prior nurse management experience Must have RN/LPN license. RN preferred Must have Long Term Care experience
