Key Responsibilities:\n\nOversee and manage nursing staff to ensure the highest quality resident care on your unit.\nSupport and mentor staff through development opportunities and training.\nProvide direct resident care, adhering to personalized treatment plans.\nSupervise Clinical Nurses and Nurse Assistants to ensure compliance with best practices.\nConduct thorough assessments of residents' medical statuses and update care plans as needed.\nPlay a key role in recruitment, hiring, and staffing schedules to maintain adequate coverage.\nEnsure that resident rights policies are followed and collaborate with families to address any concerns or grievances.\nComplete Preceptor Training to guide and support new team members.\nLead and contribute innovative ideas to improve systems and processes, creating a more effective and efficient healthcare environment.\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nCurrent, unencumbered state license as an RN or LPN.\nMinimum of 3 years nursing experience (preferably in a similar healthcare setting), with at least 1 year in nursing administration.\nStrong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent care to residents.\nCompassionate, dedicated, and driven to help build a positive team culture.\n\n
