Unit Supervisor- RTF
Develop, recommend and implement in conjunction with the Director of RMHW, the day- to-day program. Supervises all RMHW, within the Unit they are responsible for. Establishes and maintain a positive, healthy climate in which children will be exposed to meaningful living experiences. Assist in the development and implementation of the plan established for each individual child. Bring about the goals and objectives of the program in relation to their function. Promote and foster:

a. Positive values, such as: integrity, dignity, self-control, poise, honesty, self-respect.

b. A sense of personal responsibility.

c. Motivation for study, and goals in life.

d. Appropriate spiritual and religious attitudes.

e. Respect for personal property, equipment, etc., as well as the appropriate use of money.

In fostering the above, the Supervisor must be aware that his/her personal example will greatly influence the residents, as he/she will be taken as a model of behavior. Perform related duties as needed and functions as Campus-Wide Supervisor on duty.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in the mental health field. Acceptable background clearance check through State Central Register and compliance with health regulations for physical examination and Mantoux testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 per year
