ROLE OPTIONS:
Engineering
Frontend Engineer: Develops and implements user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They collaborate with designers and backend developers to create responsive and high-performance web applications.
Backend Engineer: Builds and maintains server-side logic, databases, and APIs that support web and mobile applications. They focus on optimizing system performance and ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.
API Engineer: Designs, develops, and maintains scalable APIs for efficient communication between software systems. They ensure security, data integrity, and optimal performance while collaborating with other teams for smooth integration.
Data Engineer: design, develop, and maintain large-scale data processing systems, ensuring the architecture supports business requirements and optimizes data retrieval. They collaborate with data consumers and IT team members to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality, using tools like SQL, Python, YAML, JSON, Databricks, Airflow, and GitHub.
Platform Engineer: Develops and manages the underlying infrastructure and services that support application deployment and operation. They focus on automating processes, ensuring system reliability, and enabling scalability across the platform.
Technology Operations
Site Reliability Engineer: Ensures the reliability, scalability, and performance of software systems by applying engineering principles to operations. They focus on automating processes, managing incidents, and continuously improving system resilience.
Cloud Engineer: Designs, implements, and manages cloud-based infrastructure and services. They ensure efficient, scalable, and secure cloud operations while optimizing costs and performance.
Network Engineer: Designs, implements, and maintains an organization’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. They ensure network availability, security, and optimal performance to support business operations.
Cyber Security Specialist: Work with a diverse team in North America, collaborating with global peers to manage day-to-day operations and implement new cybersecurity technologies. They support the compliance and maturity of Cyber Operations, ensuring incidents and requests are handled according to best practices and regulatory requirements, while serving as a subject matter expert on security concerns and threats.
Desktop Engineer: Responsible for deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft and Mac desktop environments within an organization. They ensure optimal performance, security, and user experience across all desktop systems and software.
Data & Analytics
Data Scientist: Analyzes and interprets complex data to help organizations make informed decisions. They use statistical methods, algorithms, and machine learning models to uncover insights and predict future trends.
Machine Learning: Designs, builds, and deploys machine learning models that automate and optimize processes. They work on developing scalable algorithms, fine-tuning models, and integrating them into production systems.
Product Management
Product Owner: Responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the development team delivers value to the business. They collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and facilitate releases to end users.
Development Lead: Responsible for translating business needs into execution, defining technical requirements and guiding the development team. They own the agile planning cycle, ensure development aligns with the overall strategy, and oversee the technical aspects of product delivery.
Product Marketer: Responsible for positioning, promoting, and driving the adoption of a product in the market. They develop go-to-market strategies, create messaging, and collaborate with product teams to ensure market success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that enhance our operations.
Assist in the management and optimization of our IT infrastructure, including cybersecurity, application services, and workplace technology.
Participate in the development and maintenance of software applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
Support data and analytics initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and visualization, to drive informed decision-making.
Contribute to the implementation of technology strategies that align with our overall business goals.
Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, data management, and IT operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Current university student – bachelor's degree with a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and innovation.
Familiarity with programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse environment.
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast-paced industry.
