As a Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for:
Facilitate the project handover meeting to ensure that the necessary commercial & technical information is understood and disseminated to the extended project & cross functional teamEstablish and maintain the project variation control system and managing negotiations in line with contract requirementsEnsure risks are identified and managed across the project scopes of work by controlling the overall project risk and opportunity review and reporting processIdentify & monitor project margin, cash position and regularly report out to leadership teamRegister, track and respond to warranty claims in accordance with ContractTrack project progress against goals and KPIs, making adjustments as needed to stay on track.Interface with all levels of management and key personnel in manufacturing, planning, engineering, quality and global project management teamBe able to function independently and multi-taskPoint of Contact for interface with customer during project executionStrong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. High energy level - self-starter. Proactive, able to engage and stay engaged.Applying Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintainedFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s level degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering (Mechanical) related fieldHave maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your countryBe fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skillsBe able to relocate for the duration of your internship (locations vary)Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictionsWork in a way that works for you
