Job Title: Recruiter II (University Recruiting) Job Description We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to support specialized hiring for the University Talent Acquisition team for specific business groups, including devices, services, and entertainment. In this role, you will attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across the company. You will manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements. Responsibilities + Partner with team members to understand hiring needs. + Attract, source, assess, and hire students for niche roles across the company. + Manage and track all candidate and campus information, consolidate and analyze results, and make recommendations for improvements. + Manage customer expectations and business goals with bi-weekly business reviews, metrics, and status updates to customers and stakeholders. + Manage end-to-end process administration, including headcount-related administrative tasks, requisition creation, sourcing and assessment, interviewer securement, and hiring updates to key stakeholders. + Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, including pilots and process improvement projects. Essential Skills + Advanced Excel + Ad Hoc Reporting/Project Coordination + Arranging Interviews + Candidate Generation/Sourcing + College Recruiting Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to earn trust and influence autonomously with key stakeholders. + Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making. + Strong problem-solving and planning skills to effectively prioritize against customer targets. + Ability to manage candidates against tight timelines. + Demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results. + Ability to remain calm in times of high volume and ambiguity. + Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition. + Ability to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and centralized HR program teams. Work Environment This role requires working five days a week in the office located in Seattle .
