University Relations HR Intern, Summer 2025

How you will make an impact:

Provide administrative support for university-focused program management tasks within HR software and systems, including but not limited to: Workday, Yello, SharePoint, Handshake, Asana, Airtable, etc.

Manage Intern and Co-Op Teams channel communications, including, but not limited to: bi-weekly check-ins, sending event reminders, answering candidate inquiries, encouraging intern engagement, etc.

Provide support for development programs with catering, A/V setup, room reservations, and handling meeting requests.

Support the end-to-end onboarding experience for our new graduate programs, creating learning and development schedules, reviewing onboarding content, executing events and more.

Oversee the data migration of intern records from Excel into Airtable to help track data and pull reports for the University Relations team and leadership upon request.

Maintain and organize storage closet, monitoring the supply of giveaways and branding materials.

Support the larger University Relations team for events, including but not limited to: suitcase packing for off-site events, giveaway organization, early prep for fall recruiting season, etc.

Provide support for large-scale recruiting events, summer program events, career fairs, campus interviews, and more.

Other duties as assigned.

What you'll need (required):

Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship.

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or communications

Other majors will be considered if proven interest/skillset within Human Resources

Must graduate December 2025 or later.

Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent)

Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer.

Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus.

Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future.

Must have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize

Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred

Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $54,000 to $72,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).  Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
