The University Relations Program Managers is responsible for leading, recruiting and executing Hartford HealthCare’s University/College strategies for new clinical students/new clinical graduates support Hartford HealthCare’s best in class University Relation initiatives. Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following: · Supports a multi-level Governance structure which would include, internal executives and line leaders to develop, coordinate and manage Pipeline Programs. · Serves as liaison between assigned institutions, education committees and, internal partners, program participants through frequent activities and branding events to ensure high-quality communication. · Manages priorities against a timeline, foster relationships and drive successful performance to meet while tracking outcomes to metrics. · Develops and implements a strategic plan for outreach to institutions of higher education in the specified regional areas. This includes actively maintaining existing relationships and developing new partnerships with college and university faculty. · Markets the recruitment plans for undergraduate and internship opportunities on assigned target campuses and with diversity affiliates in collaboration with University Relations team and internal partners. · Partners with (Governance) divisional business leaders to discuss, formulate and consolidate recruitment plans to develop creative solutions for Program pipelines. Additionally, provides consultation to business partners on new students/new grads recruiting strategies in support of hiring needs, primarily focused on University and/or diversity recruitment goals. · Recruits students interns and or graduate level primarily by participating in events / career fairs and conducting information sessions and campus visits to professionals, faculty, and administrators. · Identifies opportunities for enhanced institutional collaboration such as undergraduate, research, curriculum integration, or targeted scholarships. · Develops effective campus presentations to promote Programs to students and faculty. · Tracks and analyzes the progress of the Programs to create an effective evaluation model including, the development of key performance indexes, dashboards and other reporting mechanisms to effectively demonstrate, communicate the value proposition of the programs. *Education* · Bachelor’s Degree 3-5 years relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience *Experience* · Experience in campus recruitment or marketing required · Previous corporate or health care recruitment experience is desirable *Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:* · A passion for leading, shaping, and refining Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) within our programs that optimize talent acquisition and talent development is preferred. · Demonstrate managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion · Creativity in hiring events. · Must possess experience in a collegiate environment and have the ability to interact with faculty and administrator. · Excellent verbal communications and presentation development skills (PowerPoint) are required. · Ability to effectively plan, manage and prioritize multiple projects at a variety of stages. · Must be able to work independently and also within a team in a fast-paced environment. · Demonstrate extremely strong analytical skills, as well as personal organizational skills. · Exhibit a collaborative work style within a multi-national company. · This position requires travel for campus activities, etc. · The ability to represent Talent Acquisition within Hartford HealthCare, as well as outside of the organization. · This position requires travel for campus activities, etc. We take great care of careers.
