University Relations Program Manager

strategies for new clinical studentsnew clinical graduates support Hartford HealthCarersquos best in class University Relation initiatives Responsibilities include but are not limited to the followingmiddot Supports a multi level Governance structure which would include internal executives and line leaders to develop coordinate and manage Pipeline Programsmiddot Serves as liaison between assigned institutions education committees and internal partners program participants through frequent activities and branding events to ensure high quality communicationmiddot Manages priorities against a timeline foster relationships and drive successful performance to meet while tracking outcomes to metricsmiddot Develops and implements a strategic plan for outreach to institutions of higher education in the specified regional areas This includes actively maintaining existing relationships and developing new partnerships with college and university facultymiddot Markets the recruitment plans for undergraduate and internship opportunities on assigned target campuses and with diversity affiliates in collaboration with University Relations team and internal partnersmiddot Partners with Governance divisional business leaders to discuss formulate and consolidate recruitment plans to develop creative solutions for Program pipelines Additionally provides consultation to business partners on new studentsnew grads recruiting strategies in support of hiring needs primarily focused on University andor diversity recruitment goalsmiddot Recruits students interns and or graduate level primarily by participating in events career fairs and conducting information sessions and campus visits to professionals faculty and administratorsmiddot Identifies opportunities for enhanced institutional collaboration such as undergraduate research curriculum integration or targeted scholarshipsmiddot Develops effective campus presentations to promote Programs to students and facultymiddot Tracks and analyzes the progress of the Programs to create an effective evaluation model including the development of key performance indexes dashboards and other reporting mechanisms to relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperiencemiddot Experience in campus recruitment or marketing requiredmiddot Previous corporate or health care recruitment experience is desirableKnowledge Skills and Ability Requirementsmiddot A passion for leading shaping and refining Diversity Equity and Inclusion DEI within our programs that optimize talent acquisition and talent development is preferredmiddot Demonstrate managing complex and multi faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completionmiddot Creativity in hiring eventsmiddot Must possess experience in a collegiate environment and have the ability to interact with faculty and administratormiddot Excellent verbal communications and presentation development skills PowerPoint are requiredmiddot Ability to effectively plan manage and prioritize multiple projects at a variety of stagesmiddot Must be able to work independently and also within a team in a fast paced environmentmiddot Demonstrate extremely strong analytical skills as well as personal organizational skillsmiddot Exhibit a collaborative work style within a multi national companymiddot
