University Relationship Manager
Job Description:

The University Talent Team is dedicated to developing strategic programs and unique opportunities for both interns and recent college graduates to begin a career at Fidelity Investments.  As the University Talent Lead, you would be the primary point of contact in the management of Fidelity’s University relationships in the undergrad and community college space within the Denver and Salt Lake City markets.  In alignment with Fidelity’s workforce strategies and various business plans, the University Talent Recruiter will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with target schools to provide access to top students, deepen academic relationships and to form mutually beneficial long-term partnerships.

Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of Recruiting/HR experienceExperience in the development of talent attraction and retentionA broad understanding of recruitment laws and practicesExperience with all campus recruiting lifecycle components including sourcing, qualifying and assessing students, networking, college market trends and relationship managementStrong communication skills including comfort in speaking to large audiencesAbility to prioritize, multi-task, focus on details, and work well under pressure to meet tight deadlinesExperience working independently in a regional settingCultivate, drive, and maintain relationships with college career services, deans, faculty, students, alumni, and professional student organizationsFacilitate and attend campus recruiting eventsWork closely with recruiting and business leaders to develop recruiting strategy for local and regional marketsManage recruiting initiatives at your designated schools including diversity and early- ID initiativesEnsure consistent approach to corporate brand and image in all campus activitiesTravel as required throughout the college recruitment cycle to multiple marketsCampus events may require nights and weekends

The Team

Our University Talent team is responsible for hiring the future workforce of Fidelity. The University Talent team supports hiring over 1,200 interns each summer, early career full-time hires, and co-op program. Additionally, our University Relationships team creates partnerships with a variety of universities and community colleges throughout the Unites States to attract early career talent to Fidelity.

The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$112,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
