University Scheduling Coordinator (Part-time)

Under general supervision of the University Scheduling & Conference Services Manager, this position will assist in the coordination of campus scheduling by identifying, prioritizing and supporting client needs. This position will support both internal and external clients by providing EMS software services and advancing event needs. 

Primary Position Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily scheduling of campus events and classroom spaces by using the EMS software to vet and confirm space requests. Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure smooth event execution.Actively participate in the gathering of event details, including campus resources, event requirements and logistical needs.Serve as EMS software administrator supporting campus users. Manage and maintain client accounts and event-specific databases.Develop, maintain and produce activity reports as requested. Suggest revisions and updates to university scheduling and event policies and protocols. Provide enhancement recommendations for the EMS software program. Assist with hiring, training and supervising student workers.
