**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our team. Our company works closely with automotive manufacturers to develop innovative vehicle modifications. As a leading builder of wheelchair-accessible vans, shuttles, and transporters, we are looking for individuals who can contribute to our mission of making transportation easier, faster, and more efficient. **Responsibilities** + Install wheelchair ramps in transit vans. + Lift up to 50 lbs as required. + Assemble parts using hand and power tools. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Work on the production line to keep vehicles moving steadily through final inspection. + Move between sections to prevent bottlenecks. + Identify and address problems early. + Use a variety of power tools including bandsaws, circular saws, jig saws, routers, soldering irons, and drills. + Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily production goals. + Use measuring tape accurately. + Work with chemicals safely. + Track supplies and notify the manager of inventory levels. + Adapt to new areas of the production line or new builds. + Train new hires as needed. + Comply with company core values. + Complete other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints. + Mechanical assembly experience. + Comfortable using a measuring tape. + Ability to work with chemicals. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with upfitting. + Knowledge of schematics. + Ability to function in a production environment using standard equipment. + Ability to complete production-related physical activities. + Participation in safety programs and adherence to PPE guidelines. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with benefits including steel toe reimbursement, prescription eye protection reimbursement, 40 hours of PTO after 90 days, 7 paid holidays, and benefits after 30 days.
