Ciocca Automotive is seeking a Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade Specialist to join our growing team! The Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade department is responsible for driving sales through the service department by presenting opportunities and information to customers about their next car purchase.
Pay: $35,000-$85,000 per year

Ensure the customers feel welcome and comfortable when arriving at the dealership Drive sales goals through the service department by engaging with customers about upgrading their car Establish a close relationship with the sales force to provide a consistent upgrade process Establish a high level of customer satisfaction Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventoryQualifications include but are not limited to:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields welcomed, but not necessary Strong negotiation skills, sales motivated Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to build rapport with clients Personable, outgoing, and friendly attitudeWith 52+ dealerships and growing, there are many opportunities for advancement.
