We are seeking an experienced UPLC Method Development Specialist to perform the feasibility, development, validation, and transfer of analytical methods for raw materials and finished products.
Responsibilities:
+ Conduct feasibility studies, develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for raw materials and finished products using conventional analytical techniques (LC, GC, UV, titration, etc.).
+ Ensure adherence to GMP and local procedures while applying current physical, chemical, and physicochemical techniques.
+ Document all results in accordance with established Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
+ Manage laboratory reagents, materials, and equipment, ensuring that all items are maintained in optimal working condition.
+ Procure and maintain necessary materials as directed.
+ Follow the quality system requirements, ensuring compliance with GMP and GDP standards. Adhere to environmental, health, and safety guidelines.
+ Write comprehensive protocols and reports in English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
+ Contribute to the creation and revision of analytical procedures. Participate in investigations, change control assessments, and the preparation of risk assessment reports in line with pharmaceutical guidelines (USP, ICH, EP).
+ Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry or any related field.
+ Strong laboratory, technical, writing, and computer skills.
+ Solid technical knowledge of analytical techniques with experience in method development, validation, and investigations.
+ Ability to assess, organize, and communicate complex information clearly.
+ Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, "out of the box" approach.
+ Takes ownership of tasks, proactively communicates issues, and proposes solutions to meet deadlines.
+ Results-driven with a focus on achieving objectives.
+ Works well in a team environment with an inclusive and collaborative attitude.
+ Effectively prioritizes tasks to meet project timelines while remaining flexible.
+ Adheres to quality systems and compliance in certified environments.
+ Possess fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
+ Full-time (40hours/week) Monday – Friday job.
+ A Permanent contract with flexible working hours. (Can start between 7am and 9:30am)
+ Place of work: Braine-l'alleud, Belgium.
