Job Description:

Global Payment Solutions (GPS) provides liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange, and commercial card services to three million small businesses, thousands of middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and governments around the world. 

As a Product Manager in the India Trade Product team, you will work as part of a team to successfully deliver the product strategy to India clients covering various client segments. Your role will include product development and commercialization, driving assets and revenue growth, cost management, risk management, meet and consult with clients towards client solutioning, active engagement with key stakeholders including compliance, operations, technology, legal etc.

Responsibilities:

Manage in-country products / solutions in terms of development, maintenance and active commercializationEngage with various stakeholders i.e., Sales, Corporate Treasury, Finance, Operations and Services to deliver on planned revenues and core driver growth year on year across client segmentsBuild and maintain positive working relationships with key local and regional business partnersMaintain overall product line knowledge, and stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes (from the government, industry and banking associations) and competitive offeringsManage BAU product with product competitor gap analysis, client pricing and P&L analysisBe responsible for the P&L of the products being managedWork closely with sales teams in structuring client centric solutions for deals and RFPsHelp ensure client deals (standard and non-standard) meet risk & compliance guidelinesDevelop product-training materials and sales toolsProvide training to Sales and other business partners, as neededMaintain a thorough understanding of all associated drivers and metricsIdentify and pre-qualify new ideas with India Trade Product head, provide subject matter expertise to new product development throughout the development life-cycle, as neededMaintain a thorough comprehension of the external market environment – competitive environment, market developments and trends, industry developments and mandatesActive participation in risk management forums

Minimum Education Requirement:
