UR Intern - Lead HR Services Administrator
In this role, you will impact the organization by leading the operations and implementation of time and attendance systems, streamlining processes, and improving accuracy, resulting in better workforce management and increased productivity. Your ability to identify productivity and cycle time improvement opportunities will drive continuous improvement in daily operations and projects, ultimately enhancing the efficiency of HR services. Assist in the coordination and execution of onboarding programs for new hires. + Support the development of onboarding materials and resources. + Gather feedback from new employees to improve the onboarding experience. + Relevant experience in an internship or academic project related to operations or human resources. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). + Familiarity with HR processes and onboarding best practices is a plus. + Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. + Previous internship experience in a corporate environment. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Availability to start in January 2026 + Program duration: 6 months + Active student or recent graduate (no more than X months since graduation) + Full-time availability during the program \#HoneywellURMEX Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
