The Urban Designer (Senior Manager) will be responsible for:

· Leading urban design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

· Collaborating with architects, engineers, and urban planners to integrate design elements seamlessly.

· Conducting site evaluations, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform design decisions.

· Developing innovative design concepts that prioritize sustainability, community engagement, and user experience.

· Engaging with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to gather input and ensure project alignment with regulations and community needs.

· Presenting design proposals to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.

· Overseeing the implementation of design plans, conducting site visits, and providing guidance to on-site teams.

· Continuously staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in urban design.

Education Qualification:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.

Experience:

· 8-10 years of experience in Urban Design within the Real Estate industry.
