Role Summary

Providing data analysis and support to the team and wider business to ensure smooth operation of stock through the business for all inbound and outbound.

Cross functional role with exposure to different levels and departments in a fast paced business with strong growth and development.

This is a entry level position which is heavily involved in running reports to support the smooth running of the business and ensuring administrative tasks are completed.

What You'll Be Doing Daily and Weekly management of intake targets, bookings and receiptsData analysis on shipment modes, costs and commitmentSupporting admin on DC operations such as RTVs, adjustments and queriesManaging data entry exceptions for in-bound stockReporting on store delivery volumes and long term schedule planningWork with core teams on all reporting to support decision making on best practice inventory management What You'll Need Strong analytical skills for detailed reporting and top line summariesAbility to switch between daily tasks and longer term goalsAbility to build and maintain productive partnerships and demonstrate strong listening, oral and written communication skills across all levels and areas of the businessEnthusiasm for retail business and ability to engage with and build relationships with other functions
