Responsibilities:
+ Provide pharmaceutical care to patients with an emphasis on clinical monitoring and therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes.
+ Provide information and educational programs to customers.
+ Assist with the maintenance of performance improvement processes to constantly improve the medication use process.
+ Assure dispensing accuracy and direct pharmacy workflow to ensure accurate and timely dispensing and distribution.
Requirements:
+ PharmD (Graduate from ACPE accredited pharmacy college)
+ State License (KY license can be pending at time of submission but must be in hand at time of start)
+ ACLS certification
+ 2 years of experience in the specialty required
+ Travel experience preferred
+ EPIC experience highly preferred
+ Valid KY or compact license required at submission
+ At least 2 supervisor references required
+ Must be willing to float within scope

Travel Break Policy: After a year on assignment, must take a 90 day break from all facilities in the system, before returning as a traveler.
Perm Applicants: Cannot be currently in the process of applying for a permanent role with St Elizabeth Healthcare or have been in the process of applying for a permanent role in the last 6 months.
