Foundation Health Partners (FHP) is looking for a dedicated Urology Physician to lead our clinic in Fairbanks, Alaska.
The Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Urology Physician to spearhead the reopening of our outpatient Urology practice at Foundation Health Partners (FHP), a prominent healthcare provider in the heart of Alaska. Established in 2020, our urology practice swiftly became a community cornerstone, fostering robust partnerships with referring providers and clinics throughout Interior Alaska. Although services are temporarily on hold due to our previous provider moving out of the state, this position presents a unique chance to revive and lead our thriving urologic practice. With a commitment to state-of-the-art care, our fully equipped department boasts advanced instruments, and as part of the larger health system, you'll enjoy access to cutting-edge technologies, including diagnostic support and a new DaVinci robot. This role not only allows you to contribute to the health and well-being of our community but also provides a platform to shape the future success of our urology practice in collaboration with a dynamic network of healthcare professionals.
Compensation: $620k base salary, wRVU production paid at $92.05 after 6,735 wRVU. Expected compensation between $650k -$701k. $65k sign-on bonus. Eligible for an annual $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus.Schedule: Current patient load supports 2.5 days of clinic per week. 1.5 days in OR per week. Shared community call. 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CME.Patient Panel: Roughly 28 patients per day, with our PA seeing 1/3 of the patients.Team: A highly motivated and dedicated team consisting of 1 PA, 2 RNs, and 1 MA.
