US - Assembler - Level 2 - Lifting 30lbs+, machine operation

This is your opportunity to be part of an impactful team, producing high-quality products and ensuring top-notch performance in every assembly. **Role Overview:** As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling conveyor systems, belt-driven, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, interpreting blueprints, and working with motors, drive shafts, and more. You will play a crucial role in ensuring each assembly meets customer specifications and quality expectations. If you have experience in industrial assembly, have a mechanical aptitude, and thrive in a collaborative, safety-focused environment, we want you on our team! **Key Responsibilities:** + Follow blueprints and schematics to assemble components according to specifications. + Set up and change equipment for various assembly processes. + Install motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic or pneumatic components. + Inspect and test assemblies to ensure they function properly and meet quality standards. + Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to inspect parts. + Track assembly times and document all work according to department procedures. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. + Adhere to all safety standards and plant rules. + Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency. + Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other assistive tools. + Collaborate with team members and ensure timely transfer of completed assemblies to the next production step. **Required Qualifications:** + Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting at least 40 pounds, standing, bending, and climbing. + Computer literacy and ability to track assembly data accurately. + High school diploma or GED equivalent. **Preferred Qualifications:** + **Class 1:** 3+ years of industrial assembly experience. + **Class 2:** 1+ year of industrial assembly experience. + Mechanical aptitude, strong math skills, and ability to troubleshoot. + Experience with hand tools and measuring instruments. + Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Why Join Us?** This is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a growing industry with a well-established company.
