Our client, is seeking a US - Assistance - Secretarial Core 3 to join their team. As a US - Assistance - Secretarial Core 3, you will be part of the Packaging department supporting the scanning and documentation team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to quality and safety which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** US - Assistance - Secretarial Core 3
**Location:** St. Louis, MO
**What's the Job?**
+ Utilize a scanner to digitize physical documents stored in the Archives into the SAP system for long-term electronic storage.
+ Execute tasks in the Packaging cubicle space on the 2nd shift, collaborating with Team Leads and Supervisors.
+ Adhere to quality and safety procedures while maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
+ Participate in safety training sessions, meetings, and documentation to ensure a safe working environment.
+ Support team efforts to meet departmental goals while following the Merck Code of Conduct.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Minimum of 3 months experience in an ISO/GMP regulated environment is desirable.
+ Familiarity with SAP and experience with scanners is preferred.
+ Basic math skills, including metrics and conversions.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills with legible handwriting.
