The US Business Planning and Strategy Lead to the Head of Enterprise Sales at Apple will be a strategic and operational leader, providing critical support to the Head of Enterprise Sales in driving the overall strategy, execution, and management of the Enterprise Sales organization. This role requires a high level of discernment, leadership, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, helping to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, and ensuring alignment across the organization. This role is not limited to list location. Travel is required up to 50%. **Description** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Critical Initiatives and Execution: - Partner with the Head of Enterprise Sales to develop and implement the strategic vision for the Enterprise Sales organization. - Drive key critical initiatives and ensure successful execution by coordinating across teams and functions. - Supervise and report on key performance metrics, ensuring programs are on track to meet or exceed targets. 2. LEADERSHIP SUPPORT: - Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Enterprise Sales, providing insights, recommendations, and support on key business decisions. - Prepare and lead content for executive meetings, presentations, and reports. - Facilitate communication and collaboration across the leadership team, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities. 3. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: - Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure alignment and coordination on key initiatives. - Serve as the liaison between the Sales team and other parts of the organization, helping to resolve conflicts and drive consensus. 4. TEAM MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT: - Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Support talent management and development initiatives within the organization. - Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of key talent within the team. 5. PARTNER MANAGEMENT: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external collaborators. - Represent the Head of Enterprise Sales in meetings and engagements as needed, ensuring that the organization’s interests are effectively communicated and advocated. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. + Approximately 10+ years of experience in a senior management or leadership role, preferably in sales or business operations within a technology company. + Consistent track record of successfully leading and driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment. + Strong intuition for business with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations and Legal. + Ability to lead multiple priorities, projects, and partners effectively. + Validated integrity, discretion, and professionalism. **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. + Experience in the enterprise technology sector, with a deep understanding of the B2B sales landscape. + Previous experience in a Chief of Staff or similar role supporting a senior executive. + Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools. + Familiarity with Apple’s ecosystem and enterprise product offerings. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** + Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
