Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. You will be integral in leading product launch reporting, weekly executive reporting on key business KPIs across all product lines, skilled at turning data into insights and recommendations and help drive the business forward. The ability to effectively communicate is as important as discernment in this role. We consistently deliver business updates to a wide variety of audiences: senior management, finance, product management, marketing, and others.
**Description**
Own worldwide cross-functional launch reporting for multiple product launches, drive key reports and presentations for executive reviews including synthesizing trends and variances across financial and non-financial metrics into relevant insights and assess risks & opportunities for the business. Own the end to end executive launch reporting from developing the reporting plan, acquiring sign-offs to setting up the cross-functional management systems and timely report execution post launches. Drive worldwide reporting and performance insights weekly across Finance, Operations and Business teams across multiple timezones to support Retail and executive meetings. Lead the cross-functional reporting and executive updates for key promotional moments for Apple Retail Lead case creation and analysis to support strategic commercial actions. Develop and present reports that track efficacy of key actions.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ 7 years analyst experience and/or 7+ years of hands-on experience working in technology or a customer facing role
+ Understanding of financial and performance metrics (e.g. units, revenue, traffic) as well as business analysis experience
+ Operates independently, relies on own judgment and discretion to think in an unexpected way to resolve issues creatively and efficiently
+ Ability to prepare and present to cross-functional teams and business leadership
+ Builds, summarizes, and communicates business insights in a timely manner, highlighting opportunities
