The Americas Custom Team is a highly skilled and diverse group of individuals that are motivated to keep Cisco compliant in relation to local regulations. As a cohesive unit, we are flexible and willing to help each other out as needed. We work with multiple business partners within Cisco, including but not limited to supply chain operations, global tax and customs members, and other business units responsible for shipping goods globally. Working in the Americas Customs Team will bring a level of exposure outside of a typical customs job and build your business and regulatory acumen.

You will be responsible for progressing Cisco's compliance initiatives through project management and data analysis. You'll:
Support Finance with tariff analysisCollaborate with Sales to identify eligible logistic flows for potential opportunitiesFormalize efficient processes that facilitate Duty Drawback claimsSupport various US operational processesEnsure timely and accurate claims through coordination with service providersAudit results, prepare presentations, and communicate findings clearlyEngage in data-driven discussions and explain variances to managementCollaborate with teams and Data Scientists to gather and analyze key dataYour role will be crucial in enhancing our initiatives and making a meaningful impactMinimum Qualifications
3+ in project management, including planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and successful completionSkilled in extracting data from systems and analyze the output using excelAbility to research customs regulations
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlinesFinancial modeling experienceExperience working with Duty DrawbackUS import operations experience (minimum 1-3 years)
